Return & Refund Policy
At Hermosa Studio, your satisfaction with our eyebrow and lash products is important to us. Please review our policy carefully regarding returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Product Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a product return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it.
Unworn or unused, with tags still attached.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Product Return
To start a return, please contact us at Reservations@hermosa-studio.com.
If your return request is accepted, we'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package, along with a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues with Products
Please inspect your product order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at Reservations@hermosa-studio.com. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items (Products)
Certain types of products cannot be returned. These include:
Opened personal care products (e.g., used beauty products due to hygiene reasons).
Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges (Products)
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once your product return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds for Products
Once we've received and inspected your returned product, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please be advised that Hermosa Studio does not offer refunds for any eyebrow or lash services rendered. Our expert technicians are dedicated to providing high-quality treatments, and all service sales are final.
